This project included a complete re-work of the home & landscape. There were no plants in front of the home when it was purchased. In addition to adding an inviting brick stoop in front, a screened porch was added. Large boxwoods were utilized in key locations to lend an air of history to the property. The simple, elegant treatment of new masonry walls, wood fences, gates, brick landings and stone walkways lend sophistication and a sense of history to a property that was completely re-worked from its prior condition. Of special note is the front entry gate, which was constructed of steel for longevity, though with nominal lumber dimensions.
