The Belmont Univserity Curb Event Center is a 90,000 square foot sport and entertainment complex that was added to the campus in 2003. It is home to the Belmont Bruins and offers facilities for meetings, conferences, concerts, and receptions. It has hosted NCAA tournaments, the CMT Music Awards, as well as a Presidential Debate. Working closely with architects at Earl Swensson Associates, Isaac helped knit the large footprint of this building into the fabric of the campus. He also undertook an intensive grading plan to accomodate ADA access through and around the project and fascilitated a complete drainage study that utilized substantial underground detention to mitigate the stormwater run-off of the building and adjacent parking garage. In addition, detailing for the streetscape and plaza areas were drawn by him as well.
The project completed while a Project Manager at Hodgson & Douglas, LLC.
